W sierpniu Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki zaprasza na dwa bezpłatne wydarzenia kulturalne. 1-VIII-2026 r. o godz. 5.30 po poł. w Parku Miejskim im. Józefa Wybickiego wystąpi Artur Gotz z koncertem „A gdy będzie już po wojnie”. 8-VIII-2026 r. o godz. 6.00 wiecz. w Kasynie Oficerskim w Twierdzy Modlin odbędzie się pokaz filmu dokumentalnego „Anita” o Anicie Włodarczyk. Koncert Artura Gotza przypada w 82. rocznicę wybuchu Powstania Warszawskiego. Artysta zaprezentuje materiał z szóstego albumu „Litania piwnic 1944”, przygotowanego z okazji 80. rocznicy powstania. To poetycka opowieść o sierpniowych dniach 1944 r. – od euforii pierwszych godzin, przez opisy nalotów i ukrywanie się w piwnicach, aż po kapitulację 2 października. Na płycie znalazły się kompozycje do wierszy Krzysztofa Kamila Baczyńskiego, Tadeusza Gajcego, Józefa „Ziutka” Szczepańskiego, Tadeusza Borowskiego, a także teksty Michała Zabłockiego i samego Gotza. Nie zabrakło utworów Zygmunta Koniecznego, Mateusza Pospieszalskiego oraz pieśni „Pałacyk Michla”. Artur Gotz – wokalista i aktor, odznaczony medalami „Zasłużony dla Kultury Polskiej” oraz „Dumni z Powstańców” – dał ponad 900 koncertów w Polsce i za granicą. Partnerem wydarzenia jest Samorząd Województwa Mazowieckiego. Wstęp bezpłatny. Tydzień później, 8 sierpnia, Nowodworski Ośrodek Kultury wspólnie z Nowodworskim Ośrodkiem Sportu i Rekreacji zaprasza na pokaz filmu „Anita”. Termin nie jest przypadkowy – przypada w dniu urodzin Anity Włodarczyk, tuż przed Mistrzostwami Europy w lekkoatletyce. Dokument to intymny portret jednej z najwybitniejszych polskich lekkoatletek. Film pokazuje drogę na sportowy szczyt, kulisy przygotowań do Mistrzostw Świata oraz cenę wieloletniej dominacji. Opowiada nie tylko o rekordach i medalach, lecz przede wszystkim o determinacji, sile i emocjach, jakie daje sport. Pokaz odbędzie się w Kasynie Oficerskim przy ul. Ledóchowskiego 160. August under the sign of history and sport. Gotz’s concert and a film about Włodarczyk In August Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki invites to two free cultural events. On 1-VIII-2026 at 5.30 p.m. in the Józef Wybicki City Park Artur Gotz will perform the concert “A gdy będzie już po wojnie”. On 8-VIII-2026 at 6.00 p.m. in the Officers’ Casino in the Modlin Fortress a screening of the documentary “Anita” about Anita Włodarczyk will take place. Artur Gotz’s concert falls on the 82nd anniversary of the outbreak of the Warsaw Uprising. The artist will present material from his sixth album “Litania piwnic 1944”, prepared for the 80th anniversary of the Uprising. It is a poetic story of the August days of 1944 – from the euphoria of the first hours, through descriptions of air raids and hiding in cellars, up to the capitulation on October 2. The album includes compositions to poems by Krzysztof Kamil Baczyński, Tadeusz Gajcy, Józef “Ziutek” Szczepański, Tadeusz Borowski, as well as texts by Michał Zabłocki and Gotz himself. There are also works by Zygmunt Konieczny, Mateusz Pospieszalski and the song “Pałacyk Michla”. Artur Gotz – singer and actor, awarded the medals “Meritorious for Polish Culture” and “Proud of the Insurgents” – has given over 900 concerts in Poland and abroad. The partner of the event is the Self-Government of the Mazovian Voivodeship. Admission is free. A week later, on August 8, the Nowy Dwór Culture Centre together with the Nowy Dwór Sports and Recreation Centre invites to the screening of the film “Anita”. The date is not accidental – it falls on Anita Włodarczyk’s birthday, just before the European Athletics Championships. The documentary is an intimate portrait of one of the greatest Polish track and field athletes. The film shows the path to the sporting summit, the behind-the-scenes of preparations for the World Championships and the price of long-term dominance. It tells not only about records and medals, but above all about determination, strength and the emotions that sport gives. The screening will take place in the Officers’ Casino at Ledóchowskiego 160.
